Order a gift certificate

Redeeming a gift certificate is simple and easy.

 

1. Visit JThayer.com and log into the "SHOP" section. 

2. Choose items equal to or more than the amount of the certificate and proceed to checkout.

3. At the checkout screen, enter your gift certificate code in the coupon box located at the top of the page. Your credit card or open account will be charged for the amount in excess of the gift certificate value.

• Gift certificates can be redeemed through our website at JThayer.com.

• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card or business credit account balances.

• Lost your gift certificate? No problem; just send an e-mail message to support@jthayer.com or call our customer satisfaction team at 1-866-USARush (1-866-872-7874) and we will either mail you out a new replacement certificate, or help you to obtain your certificate code.

• Gift certificates must be used in their entirety. No balances will be held open on certificate purchases.

• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance by credit card, or charge the balance to your business credit account.
